You can return any item to us (in its original condition) within 30 days of shipping. Please include the invoice number in your returned package. When returning your item, please ask for proof of postage and keep this safe in case we need to refer to it later. If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item please also let us know before you send it back.


After you've returned your items

It can often take up to 7 working days to process your return or exchange. If you haven’t heard from us after that time, please get in touch. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This can take up to 5 working days, depending on your payment provider. We will send you an email as soon as your item is refunded.

Refunds include original postage and packaging costs, but not the return post costs. Original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded if multiple items were bought in the first purchase, and one or more items are kept.


Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is returned damaged, evidently worn or dirty you may forfeit a full refund, and we may have to send it back to you. Sadly your item cannot be returned after 30 days of shipping, unless there are outstanding circumstances.
